Competitive Teams (Imagine, Believe, Desire and Passion) as well as Elevate Academy (Special Needs Class) will be performing in this event Saturday, December 4th! All those wanting to purchase discounted tickets MUST print off the following form, fill it out completely, attach their money to the form and get turned into the Front Office by MONDAY, OCTOBER 25th!
